  • Clary sage has Anti-convulsive, anti-depressant, antiseptic,anti spasmodic, aphrodisiac, astringent, carminative, digestive, emmenagogue, hypotensor, nervine, sedative, tonic.It is largely used in the flavouring of food, beverages, perfumery and as natural cosmetics for its ability to soothe skin. In medicinal applications, it was known to address female hormone-related complaints, such as nervous tension and negative emotions.

Directions of Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Our Earth's carrier oils to minimise any skin sensitivity.
